3.2. Options Command

The Options dialog box enables you to set various general preferences. Settings are retained per user.

  1. Select Edit > Options.

    The Options dialog box appears.

  2. Set options as required. For descriptions of the available options, see:

    You can optionally use one of the default-related buttons (Dark Defaults, Light Defaults, CFX Defaults, Workbench Defaults) at the bottom of the dialog box to quickly set the indicated defaults for the appearance and operation of CFX-Pre, CFX-Solver Manager, CFD-Post, and TurboGrid. The TurboGrid settings that are affected by these buttons are:

    • TurboGrid > Viewer > Background

    • TurboGrid > Viewer > ANSYS Logo/Text Color/Edge Color

    • Common > Appearance > GUI Style

    • Common > Viewer Setup > Mouse Mapping

  3. Click OK.
