A Motion analysis will not proceed if you specify velocity as an Initial Condition for a Drivetrain Toolkit geometry. If an initial velocity is absolutely necessary, you should define a velocity motion for the joint, increase it to the desired value, and then deactivate it at the required time in the Simulation Scenario.
