Weld Process is a Mechanical add-on that helps you to manage welding process simulation. This add-on makes it easier to set up welding models in the Mechanical application. You can use it to optimize the weld sequence and process parameters to:
Assess temperature distribution.
Predict distortion and residual stresses.
Visualize how the welding process affects the temperature profile around the weld regions.
The Weld Process Add-on is not supported on Linux systems.
