This option transfers Ansys ACP Composite Definition HDF5 files into the LS-DYNA format. You can also transfer of layered shells and solids to LS-DYNA native shell and thick-shell elements, providing multiple ways to initialize layer-wise material orientations for composite materials.

An existing interface to the ansmat database enables the transfer of material data stored in an engineering database (*.engd) or XML file to specific LS-DYNA material cards.
