The MultiZone: Mesh Volume operation provides automatic decomposition of geometry into mapped (sweepable) regions and free regions and create a volume mesh based on the blocking decomposition.
The MultiZone: Mesh Volume operation has the following controls:
Constant Size MultiZone: Mesh Volume: Creates a multizone volume mesh of uniform size on the scoped parts, zones or labels.
Size Field MultiZone: Mesh Volume: Creates a multizone mesh with the sizing defined in the input size field.
Topology Protection: Instructs mesher to retain edges in the selected scope without defeaturing.
Convert To allows you to change from one control to another control in the operation. You can right-click a Constant Size MultiZone: Mesh Volume control, click Convert To and select the Size Field MultiZone: Mesh Volume control to which you want to convert the selected control in the operation. MultiZone: Mesh Volume have the following outcome:
Scope: Scopes the created entities of the MultiZone: Mesh Volume operation.
MultiZone Volume Diagnostics: Provides information about the failures and defeatures that occurred while performing MultiZone volume meshing.
