The following improvements have been made to System Coupling's infrastructure:
On Windows, System Coupling now uses local host for solver connections by default.
Ability to add environment variables for individual participants.
Handling of data transfers between implicit and explicit participants has been corrected. Data from explicit participants are now available in an implicit participant prior to entering the iteration loop.
