Created a script to automatically kill all processes spawned by System Coupling.

Also created a GUI menu option to surgically kill only participant solver processes. It is a more drastic measure than aborting or interrupting the solve. It immediately stops the simulation.

These options help you clean up orphaned processes if something goes wrong in one of the solvers and simulation crashes.
