Processing Improvements for Nastran. When importing Nastran files from External Model, the application now parses files faster, but more significantly, the time it takes to load finite element file data into Mechanical is as much as 60% faster compared to previous releases.

External Model Imported Object Worksheet. New data types are now available for query using the Mechanical Scripting window. You can now query worksheets for lists of IDs for the following imported objects:
