Ansys Minerva

From Tools > Options > Ansys Minerva, you can specify the following.

Authentication Type

Sets the method to used to authenticate with Ansys Minerva. Select the method that matches what is configured for the Ansys Minerva server. Select from the following options:

  • Basic—Uses a username and password to authenticate using the internal mechanism within Ansys Minerva.

  • Browser—Uses the browser to authenticate. If you are logged into Ansys Minerva in the browser, those credentials are used.

  • Windows—Uses Active Directory to pass the credentials of the user currently logged into the Ansys Minerva server.

Server URLSets the URL of the Ansys Minerva server that Workbench connects to.
DatabaseSets the name of the Ansys Minerva database to access.
