SUBROUTINE CKKTMP (ICKWRK, KTFL)
Returns the temperature array indices for the
gas-phase species.

INPUT
ICKWRK(*) - Integer workspace array; dimension at least LENICK.
KTFL(*)   - Integer array, indices into the temperature(s) for
            species;
            dimension at least KK, the total species count.
            Default value stored in ICKWRK is set to 1 in CKINIT.
