You can configure RSM to submit jobs to a third-party Cloud. However, this type of configuration is currently outside the scope of this guide, and should be completed with the assistance of Ansys Customer Support.

You will need to create a configuration for Cloud portal job submission using the RSM Configuration application. For more information, refer to Defining RSM Configurations.

To enable portal job submission on a client machine, the configuration must reside in the default RSM configuration directory on the client machine. Or, the RSM configuration directory on the client machine must be set to a shared directory that contains the necessary configuration. See Sharing and Accessing RSM Configurations.
