You can update a cell within a system to ensure it contains the most current data. When you update the cell, any upstream cells upon which the cell is dependent are also updated. You cannot update a cell if another update is already running on the cell or on any of the upstream cells.
If you update a cell in a Refresh Required state, the refresh operation is performed before the update operation.
To update a system cell:
To save the project, from the menu bar, select > .
If you choose not to save the project and any cells are configured to use RSM or run in the background, you must change the solution process settings of those cells to run in the foreground before you can update.
To update the cell, right-click it and select from the context menu.
