Aborting or Interrupting an RSM Design Point Update

You can abort or interrupt an RSM update that is in progress.

To abort or interrupt the update:

  1. In the Progress pane, while the Status column displays the message Waiting for background task, click the stop button ( ) in the Progress column.

  2. In the dialog box, select one of the following options:

    • To stop the RSM job and return no data to the project, click Abort.

    • To interrupt the RSM job and return any available data to the project, click Interrupt.

    • To let the update continue and close the dialog box, click Cancel.
