Verify that all bodies to receive heat loss data from Maxwell are made of materials that allow for temperature-dependent properties. The energy model must be on.

In the Outline View, expand Setup / Materials / Solid.
Verify that the target material has thermodynamic properties.
Double-click the target.
The Create/Edit Materials dialog opens, with Name set to target.
Under Properties, verify that the Thermal Conductivity is set to piecewise-linear.
Click to exit the dialog.
