Reaction Workbench provides chemistry sets and mechanism files. The supplied files, by default, are in the system data directory at the top level of the Reaction Workbench installation. They provide the element and species information and species properties for analysis and simulations.

Ansys Chemkin-standard thermodynamic data format is used for the thermodynamic data in the input files in the chemistry set. This format is augmented with special tags that provide the physical properties of the chemical species.
