Saving an optiSLang Monitoring Database File Copy

You can create a copy of the current OMDB file without loading the new copy into the Postprocessing window.

  1. From the menu bar, select File > Save a copy.

  2. In the File name field, enter a name for the OMDB file.

  3. Select or clear the save option check boxes as appropriate.

    Save analysis dataMonitoring file is saved with all the generated data from the algorithm it comes from. It opens up in the same special mode as before.All existing analysis data which is present is deleted. It opens up in Statistics mode.
    Save visual statesPlots are displayed on opening as they were when the postprocessing was saved, including position, size, labels, font size, and so on.When opening the monitoring file, the default plots are displayed for the saved algorithm type. For example, if it is an optimization monitoring file than the default optimization plots are shown.
    Save reduced data (only available when deactivated designs exist)Monitoring file is saved only with the active designs. If some analysis data exists, it is deleted because the active designs do not fit to the ones created with the analysis data.Monitoring file is saved, deactivated designs stay deactivated. If some analysis data exists, it is deleted because the active designs do not fit to the ones created with the analysis data.
  4. Browse to the location where you want to save the file.

  5. Click Save.
