Select the radio button P-Refine. Check Show Control Grid and Keep Geometry.

Pick a NURBS element.

Set new parameter in the text field degree in R-direction and S-direction respectively.

Click Apply to refine the NURBS element.

Click Accept to add the new NURBS element into database.
