21.5. Step 2: Default Units

Make sure the default unit of length is mm.

Edit Preferences

  1. In the Preferences panel, click Units under the Defaults node. In the Category box, scroll down and select Length, and under Units, make sure mm has an asterisk next to it. If there is no asterisk next to mm:

    1. Select mm from the Units box.

    2. Click Set as default.

  2. Click Set all to defaults and click This project.
