Alternative sets of tunings for the Intel message passing interface (MPI) are supported as a beta feature. To use one, set the FLUENT_MPI_OPT_LEVEL environment variable equal to 1 or 2. Note that 2 is only available for Linux, and is optimized so as to increase simulation throughput when running over 100 Gb Ethernet.
