With beta features enabled (as described in Introduction), the Eulerian wall film (EWF) model can be used on meshes with non-conformal interfaces (NCI) when you issue the following text command:
define/models/eulerian-wallfilm/enable-film-nci-support? [No]Yes
This text command is available only if non-conformal interfaces exist in the domain.
Note the following limitations for using the EWF model with NCI:
The following types of interfaces are not supported with the EWF model:
Periodic type fluid-fluid non-conformal interfaces
Moving non-conformal interfaces
A non-overlapping wall boundary of an interface cannot be assigned as a film wall
