Default Visualization

New defaults for the visualization window are being trialed. This includes things like a new background color, new surface property defaults, ground plane, lights, and material texture applied by default. The goal is improve the default visualization and not require you to adjust multiple items (which have been available for a while) to achieve a better initial visualization.
