Direction field displays directionality on a surface based on the vector.

In the Results arc, click Direction Field.

Select a variable from the Results legend list to display direction field
results.

Modify the direction field by clicking the marker and dragging it along the plane. Use
the Move handles to rotate it and move it along the axes. Click and drag the bounding
rectangle to change its size.
For fluids, direction field is a more advanced display than streamlines. For example,
where streamlines produce lines from particle flow, direction field produces a whole
image at every step. For thermal results, it shows the heat flux vector field, while for
structural results, it displays the displacement vector information.
