Saving Projects

You can save a new file or an existing project. Click File>Save to save your work, or click File>Save As New Version to save your work as a new file with a new version number.

Click File>Save As to save your work under a different file name or type, or to another location, the Save As dialog box appears.

  • Your current directory is shown in the file path breadcrumb. You can jump directly to a parent directory by clicking one of the breadcrumb’s path segments, even when browsing cloud locations. If a breadcrumb is too long, scroll arrows appear to let you scroll and see the hidden parts of the path. You can also use the mouse wheel.
  • You can see the recently accessed file under Recent Files. This shows when the file was last opened, the path, and the file size.
  • You can see who last saved the file and when, and the file size under Sites.
  • You can see who shared the file and when, and the file size under Shared With Me.
  • Right-click a recent file and select the Open file location button to navigate directly to the recent file’s directory.
  • You can see files by date or alphabetically. Files can be also viewed as tiles and lists.
  • To search for a particular file start typing in the Search box. Stop typing briefly to see the tiles update.
