Defined Variations Generator
Use the defined variations table to create, manage and solve defined variations. Each row in the table represents a defined variation and can be selected using a checkmark or star.
The generator creates variations based on:
- one or more parameters that you’ve identified,
- a range of values that you’ve defined and either the interval for each variation within that range, or the number of variations you want to pull out of that range
- the defined variation that will be used for unmodified parameter values
- select test cases
As you identify the parameter and define value ranges, the generator gives you immediate feedback on the number of variations that will be created. Once created, these newly generated variations populate to the bottom of the defined variations table.
