Connect Beam Tool Guides
The following tool guides are available:
| Perform action on selected location | Connects only the endpoints you select. Then select the highlighted beams you want to connect and exit the Connect tool. |
| Select locations to ignore | Excludes endpoints from automatic connection. |
| Complete | Connects all endpoints that have not been excluded from automatic connection. Do not click if you have been selecting endpoints using the selection tool. |
Connect Beam Tool Options
The following options are available:
| Maximum distance | Enter the tolerance distance within which a gap is highlighted for connection. |
| Free ends only | Ignores beam endpoints that already connect to a beam. |
