Administrators may need to sign in to the DCG portal when configuring batch job submission in Ansys Minerva. Once job submission has been configured, Ansys Minerva users will be prompted to sign in to DCG when they submit a batch job in Ansys Minerva for the first time, or if they have not previously chosen to cache their DCG credentials. Once a batch job has been submitted, a user can access the DCG portal from the job view in Ansys Minerva, enabling them to monitor the job in DCG if desired.
Signing in to the DCG Portal from a Browser
To sign in to the DCG portal you can simply enter the portal's URL in your browser.
Example: https://hostname.domain.com:3000
The portal URL is displayed in the PORTAL_URI
variable in the
monitoringHost_environment.txt file. This corresponds to the

Signing in to the DCG Portal During Job Submission
When you submit a batch job for the first time in Ansys Minerva, or have not previously cached your credentials, you are prompted to sign in to the DCG portal after clicking Submit Job dialog box.

Accessing the DCG Portal from Ansys Minerva
To extend monitoring capabilities when running a job in Ansys Minerva, you can access the DCG portal directly from Ansys Minerva.
In Ansys Minerva, open the associated job item and click
