SUBROUTINE SKIBHM (IR, ISKWRK, IBMFL)
Returns an integer flag to indicate whether reaction IR uses
BOHM sticking coefficients.

INPUT
IR        - Integer scalar, surface reaction index.
ISKWRK(*) - Integer workspace array; dimension at least LENISK.

OUTPUT
IBMFL     - Integer scalar, flag for Bohm reactions;
            0, reaction IR does not use BOHM sticking coefficients
            K, reaction IR does use BOHM sticking coefficients,
               and K is the index of the BOHM-correction ion.
