SUBROUTINE CKSAVEF (LOUT, LFORM, KERR)
Writes to a formatted file the pointer integers for the
gas-phase CHEMKIN work arrays (See CKREADF)

INPUT
LOUT      - Integer scalar, formatted output file unit number.
            for diagnostic printing
LFORM     - Integer scalar, formatted output file unit number
            for printing the pointer integers to a file
OUTPUT
KERR      - Logical flag indicating whether an error was
            encountered while writing to the file
