14.1.3. Domain Interface: Solid Interface Models Tab

This tab is available when at least one side of the interface is on a porous domain that contains a solid.

The Solid Interface Models tab contains the following settings:

  • Heat Transfer

    These settings are basically the same as the corresponding settings described in Heat Transfer.

    Note that:

    • Any additional heat transfer models are applied to the solid(s) in the porous domain(s).

    • The Conservative Interface Flux option is available only if there are solids on both sides of the domain interface.

  • Additional Variable

    These settings are basically the same as the corresponding settings described in Additional Variable.
