Starts an application, file, or other target.

Declaration Syntax

public int Start(string target, bool useShell, params string[] args)

Parameters

target(string): The fully-qualified path to the application, file, or other target
useShell(bool): Indicates whether or not to execute the target using the OS shell
args(string[]): Command line arguments
