The failure criteria evaluation is based on the Data Processing Framework (DPF) described in the Scripting in Mechanical Guide.
Failure criteria computation requires the material properties listed in the table above to be available. If only a portion of your model is made of a short fiber composite, you should scope the evaluation to a corresponding Named Selection. (Note that the Named Selection must be defined before solving and the Send To Solver property must be set to Yes.)
By default, the script evaluates the failure criteria for the last result set. You can specify a different result set in the script.
Time history is not supported.
If your project was saved in a release prior to 2021 R2, you must re-run the analysis to enable the failure criteria evaluation.
This feature is available only for the Windows platforms.
