Using Speos HPC Cluster

Once you have configured the access to the cluster, the goal is to run the simulation on the cluster.

1. Export your simulation data into a .speos file.

2. With WinSCP , transfer the .speos file and its dependencies from your computer to the Head Node in the shared folder provided.

3. Check your simulation.

4. Submit one or multiple simulation jobs to the scheduler.

5. Once the simulation is done, with WinSCP , retrieve the results from the Head Node to your computer.
