Step Pillow
With the Step Pillow beam type, elements are shaped by specifying the area where the light should be sent in.
The Step Pillow beam type is only available when the Orientation type is set to Outer support.
Orientation
Concave: A concave surface is curved inwards.
Convex: A convex surface is curved outwards.
Note: If X start > X end or Y
start > Y end, a concave element becomes convex and a convex
element becomes concave respectively on X or Y axis.

Boundaries
The boundaries define the area on the target where the light should be sent in.
- X start: Left boundary on the target.
- X end: Right boundary on the target.
- Y start: Bottom boundary on the target.
- Y end: Top boundary on the target.
Spread
X spread and Y spread: Ratio driving the beam spread on the target along X and Y Target axes.
0% < Ratio < 100% | 100% | 100% < Ratio < 200% |

Shift
Shift define additional thickness applied to each element. The thickness set here adds up to the Thickness set in the General section.
