Tolerance Summary

This function generates a text listing of the tolerances which can be saved or printed. The format is somewhat easier to read than the Tolerance Listing, and it uses no mnemonics which makes the tolerances easier to understand for fabricators and others not familiar with OpticStudio terminology.
