Program Mode Group
The Program Mode buttons are available in the System section of the Setup tab. These buttons select the user interface and program mode.
There are two distinct modes to the OpticStudio User Interface: Sequential and Non-sequential. The Sequential UI is recommended for the design, optimization and tolerancing of imaging systems. The Non-sequential UI is recommended for illumination, multi-source systems, stray light, and general optical system modeling.
