Torus

TORUS name, R, r, start_angle, stop_angle

Creates a circular torus volume. A circle of radius r is placed in the YZ plane a distance R along the +Z axis. The angle 0 corresponds to this position of the circle. The circle is spun about the +Y axis from the start angle tothe stop angle to form the torus. The start and stop angles are measured in degrees and must be between -360 and +360.
