Revolve

REVOLVE name, sketchID, start_angle, end_angle

Creates a volume made from the revolution of the sketch specified with sketchID.  The sketch is roatated from start_angle to end_angle about the y-axis.  The sketch may only on either side of the y-axis, and must be a closed shape. The start_angle and end_angle must be between 0 and 360.
