Prism/Extrusion

EXTRUDE name, sketch, draft_angle, length

Creates a volume using the sketch specified in sketchID.  The volume is aligned along the z-axis and forms a prism of the given length.  The user may also specify a draft angle through the value d_angle.  If no draft angle is present, the value is set to 0.0. The length of the prism cannot be 0.  The sketch used in the operation must be closed, and curves within the sketch may not overlap.
