Lens

LENS name, r1, k1, radialAperture1, thick, r2, k2, radialAperture2, bevel1, bevel2

Creates a standard lens. The r1 and r2 values are the front and back radii of curvature (use 0 for flat). The k1 and k2 values are the conic constants. The radial clear aperture of the front and back are radialAperture1 and radialAperture2, respectively, and the center to center thickness is given by thick.  The origin is at the center of the front face. Optionally the bevel1 and bevel2 values may be added to the radial edge aperture front and back faces.
