CONE name, r1, r2, L

Creates a cylindrical or cone shaped volume with the front radial size r1, rear radial size r2, and a length L. Either r1 or r2 may be zero, but not both. L may be positive or negative, but not zero. The origin is at the center of face 1 which lies in the XY plane; the length is along the +Z axis.
