Legacy DOT Optimization Tool

The Legacy DOT Optimization Tool can no longer be used to run trade studies. The trade study tool is still available so that legacy trade studies can be viewed in order to manually transfer the setup and options to the Optimization Tool, which is where the optimizer algorithm now reside.
