Adding records to Favorites lists

You can add records from your search results to a Favorites list, for example, materials that you work with frequently, or records used in a particular project, or with a particular set of properties.

  1. Select the records you want to add, right-click and choose Add to Favorites list.
  2. To add the selected records to an existing list, select the list and click Add.
    You won't be able to select any lists where the record is already included.
  3. To add the selected records to a new list, click Create new Favorites list, enter the list name, and click Save, then click Add.
