You can edit local Tabular data. Linked data cannot be edited.
Note: Note that while the maximum file size recommendations for embedded media (File and
Picture Attributes) hold for Tabular data, you should be aware that adding lots of files
in Tabular data can quickly make datasheets impractical to load and/or edit. This is
because editing Tabular data requires fetching all the rows (and their media data) from
the database and saving back again.

Open the datasheet of interest and click Edit this data on
the left of the Attribute name.

On the Data tab, you can edit local data values, add or
remove rows, and re-order the rows of data.
Click

to edit data. To edit a Linking Value, type the text value in the field.
To add a new row, click Add a blank row. This row is
appended as the last row in the table. To delete a row, click the red cross.
To change the order of rows in the table, use the move up and down arrows.
- Optional:
Select the Not Applicable option if this Attribute is not
relevant for this record.
Note: This will remove all existing data when you click
Save.

You may be able to add metadata about the data value, such as statistical
information or notes about the source of the data.
- Optional:
You can add information about any changes that you make on the
Notes tab.

Click Save to save all your changes.
