The following issues are currently reported.

Changes to Granta MI license reservations

Granta MI does not store information about license reservations.

If you need to make changes to your Granta MI license reservations, you must stop the Granta MI service on your MI application server prior to updating the license file in Ansys License Manager, and then restart the service afterwards to sync the updated license information. You will need to do this when:

  • The number of reservations for MI license keys differs between old and new files
  • The set of named users to whom MI licenses are reserved changes between old and new files
  • The set of groups to whom MI licenses are reserved changes between old and new files.
  • Changes to any settings in the license options file which can affect Granta MI users.

In a Granta MI cluster, you should start/stop all MI nodes.

Note: Reservations made directly for specific usernames are case sensitive, to support case insensitive reserved usernames, users must be added to a GROUP with GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE set to ON.
Saved Custom Searches
Record Link Group columns in the List view are not included in saved searches.
