CAD and CAE software integrations
For Windows clients, MI Materials Gateway is supplied as a single software distribution package that includes the Gateway integrations for all supported CAD and CAE host applications. For Linux clients, MI Materials Gateway is supplied as a separate software distribution package for each host application.

When you install MI Materials Gateway using the Setup Manager, you are prompted to select the integration that you require (your host application and version). If you have more than one host application on the same client machine, you can install Gateway integrations for each host application.
For the majority of supported host applications, if you have more than one version of the host application running on the same machine, then you can install a Gateway integration for each host version.
Specific constraints apply to the following host applications.

The software package includes one MI Materials Gateway integration for HyperMesh, that can be used with all supported versions of HyperMesh.
