Teamcenter

MI Materials Gateway for Teamcenter with NX must be installed alongside both the Teamcenter Rich Client and NX. It is intended to be used in an integrated environment where NX part files are stored in Teamcenter as Teamcenter part objects.

• When a Teamcenter part object is opened in MI Materials Gateway for Teamcenter with NX, a copy of the NX part file is downloaded from the Teamcenter server, and the bodies are displayed in Gateway with their current Granta MI assignments.
• You can make or amend assignments to bodies in the NX part model, and can save the modified NX part file to Teamcenter at any time.
• When the NX part file is saved to Teamcenter, the assignments are also stored as Granta data objects in Teamcenter, linked to the Teamcenter part object.
