ANSA

For MI Materials Gateway for ANSA, both Windows and Linux are supported.

To install MI Materials Gateway onto a Linux client running ANSA:
  1. Inside the distribution package, identify the folder for your version of the host application.

    This folder contains the software component files, and an installation script (*.sh):

    gateway-install-ANSAhost_version.release_version.sh

    where host_version is the ANSA version and release_version is the MI Materials Gateway version.

  2. Open a terminal window and run the installation script. 
    ./gateway-install-ANSAhost_version.release_version.sh

    or 

    bash gateway-install-ANSAhost_version.release_version.sh
After installing the Gateway software files, edit the GConfiguration.ini file to specify the URL for the Granta MI server, see Client-side configuration. If you don’t specify the server URL as a default, users will need to enter it when they start Gateway for the first time.
