Withdrawing a Favorites List
Published Favorites Lists can be withdrawn, so that they are no longer available. For example, you may wish to withdraw a list because it has been superseded by a newer list.
When a list is withdrawn, all subscriptions to it are cancelled, and only List Administrators and the List Author can see it. If required, the withdrawn list can be re-published, and people can re-subscribe to it.
If the request is approved, the list is withdrawn. If the request is rejected, the list remains published and the 'Pending approval' flag is removed.
A withdrawn list can be deleted, its name, description, and notes can be modified, and it can be republished (request must be approved by a List Publisher). Note that records cannot be added to, or removed from, a withdrawn list.
