Creating Favorites Lists

You can create personal Favorites Lists in MI Favorites, and add records to them in MI Explore and MI Materials Gateway.

Tip: You can also choose to create a new Favorites List when you are adding records to Favorites in MI Explore and MI Materials Gateway.
  1. Create the new list:
    • To create an empty list, click Create a new Favorites List on the application toolbar.
    • To create a list that contains selected records from another list:
      1. Select the list containing the records you want to add to the new list.
      2. Select the records you want to include in the new list, then right-click and choose Create a Favorites list, or click + Add to Favorites list on the list toolbar.
  2. Enter the list name.
  3. Optional: Enter a description and some notes.
  4. Click Save.
