URLs that can be used to access Granta MI applications from other MI services and applications, and from end user brower clients.

One MI client access URL

A URL used to access the Granta MI combined web applications on a desktop client.

For example: http://my_miserver_name/grantami

MI Service Layer client access URL

A URL used to access the MI Service Layer on a desktop client.

For example: http://my_miserver_name/mi_servicelayer

MI Service Layer server access URL

The URL used to access the MI Service Layer by other server-based MI components.

This is initially registered with the Settings Service when MI Service Layer is installed.

For example: http://my_miserver/mi_servicelayer

MI User Manager client access URL

A URL used to access MI User Manager on a desktop client.

Note: When using a browser that is configured to block third-party cookies, users will get a '401 unauthorized' browser error on trying to authenticate with MI User Manager unless the server domain specified in the URL field and the domain that's in their browser's address bar are exactly the same.

For example: If this setting is set to http://my.server.name:9000/api:

• Navigating to http://my.server.name/grantami/#/user-manager will authenticate successfully.
• Navigating to http://hostname/grantami/#/user-manager will not.

MI User Manager server access URL

The URL used to access MI User Manager by other server-based MI components. The default port number is 9000.

For example: http://my.server.name:9000/api

Note: When using a browser that is configured to block third-party cookies, users will get a '401 unauthorized' browser error on trying to authenticate with MI User Manager unless the server domain specified in the URL field and the domain that's in their browser's address bar are exactly the same.

MI Viewer client access URL

A URL used to access MI Viewer on a desktop client.

For example: http://my.server.name/mi

MI Data Flow client access URL

A URL used to access MI Data Flow on a desktop client.

For example: http://my.server.name/mi_dataflow

MI Material Calibration client access URL

A URL used to access MI Material Calibration on a desktop client.

MI Material Calibration server access URL

The URL used to access MI Material Calibration by other server-based MI components.

This is initially registered with the Settings Service when MI Material Calibration is installed. The default port number is 7001.

MI Machine Learning client access URL

A URL used to access MI Machine Learning on a desktop client.

MI Machine Learning server access URL

The URL used to access MI Machine Learning by other server-based MI components.

This is initially registered with the Settings Service when MI Machine Learning is installed. The default port number is 5001.
